Refund Policy

At LendLogic Pro AI, we stand behind the value of our software and strategic automation tools. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund guidelines:

1. Setup Fees Are Non-Refundable

All setup fees associated with Solo Pro and Agency are non-refundable. These cover onboarding, branding configuration, and system access preparation.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but the following applies:

• Monthly Plans: No refunds for the current billing cycle once payment is processed. Access remains active until the end of the term.

• Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds may be considered only in the first 14 days if no client files or GPT usage has occurred.

To request a refund review, contact our support team.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date. We’ll investigate the charge and respond within 72 business hours.

4. No Refunds for Misuse or Unused Access

Failure to use the platform, upload files, or generate reports does not qualify for a refund. It is your responsibility to maximize usage within your license tier.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Mistaken purchases after usage

• CRM misconfigurations not caused by LendLogic

• Client file rejections unrelated to system output

5. Chargebacks & Account Suspension

Chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of access. We reserve the right to challenge any disputes through your payment provider with documentation of access and usage.

6. Policy Changes

LendLogic Pro AI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with the effective date.
