• Upload only client data you have the right to access and process

• Avoid misuse, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of GPT-based outputs without a license

• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or API access

Misuse of the system may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Content and Uploaded Data

You retain ownership of the files you upload but grant LendLogic Pro AI a limited license to process this data for the sole purpose of generating reports and executing logic workflows.

Uploaded files are deleted post-session unless saved to your connected CRM or account.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Licensing and Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the corresponding tier’s access level, features, and billing schedule. Subscription plans include:

• Agency White-Label: Multi-user access and branding
